Decide on a coaching package appropriate for your needs. Coaching packages start at 6 months with one-hour meetings at least twice/month.
Set schedule and begin meetings. Coaching will start by exploring your background, setting goals for coaching, and then working through your priorities for each meeting.
Prepare for meetings. Typical meeting agendas: check ins and celebrate wins, hot discussion items, next steps.
Reach out when you need additional support. Your coach is available between meetings to review documents, provide feedback on projects, and for quick calls.
